Who handles your data
Alessia Alfano, Bussoleno (TO), Italy. It is me, there is no company behind it. For any request, write to chinesiologa.alfano@gmail.com.
What I collect
Only what you write in the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you leave one, the goal if you pick one, and your message. Nothing else. There is no account to create, I do not buy contact lists, there is no advertising.
Why
To reply to you. I will not add you to a newsletter, I do not profile anyone, and I do not pass your data to anyone for commercial purposes.
The legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the box before sending. You can withdraw it whenever you like, and it counts as a request to delete.
Better not to write about your health here
The form asks nothing about your health, and I would rather you did not write about it: pain, injuries, and diagnoses are for the first session in person, where I can actually make sense of them. If you do mention something in your message, I read those lines only to reply to you and delete them with the rest.
How long I keep it
Twenty-four months from our last contact, then I delete the message from the Telegram chat, which is the only place it ends up. If you ask me to delete it sooner, I delete it.
Who else sees it
Nobody but me. The message only passes through the services that deliver it:
- Telegram (Telegram FZ LLC, United Arab Emirates), which notifies me on my phone.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and serves these pages.
Cookies and analytics
No profiling cookies, and therefore no banner to dismiss. The site stores two things only, both technical and both exempt from consent: a cookie holding the language you are reading, and, in your browser, the light or dark theme you picked. Cloudflare may add its own technical anti-bot cookie (__cf_bm).
When you submit the form your IP address is read at that moment to stop repeated bursts of submissions, and it is not stored.
I use no analytics service: I have no idea how many people read this page, and that is fine.
Your rights
You can ask me to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or withdraw your consent: write to chinesiologa.alfano@gmail.com and I will answer within thirty days. If something does not add up, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
